Combien tu m aimes movie

between netflixs shitty blu rays and cyberlinks shitty blu ray media software im about TO NEVER EVER BUY A SONY PLAYSTATION 3!!! HEAR THAT SONY FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!1 I just called Netflix again, I received 4 blue ray movies, 3 were replacements and one was new. Well 2 of the replacements and the new were cracked. The same crack that is displayed above. I have been a Netflx customer for over 1 year and I really liked them until I became a Blue Ray customer. Nine out of every 10 are cracked and keep complaining and resending them. Im thinking about cancelling my blue ray option. Received BRD Taken the other day, same type of crack and it froze about 2/3 through the flick. Have had the freeze/lock-up issue before but, did not look for the crack and instead blamed my Samsung. This disk would not play on my LG Blu-Ray player on my PC either Footnote to my post above. Check out this link from an article dated April of 200 True to their corporate BS form, Netflix is actually telling customers to complain to their post office for the damaged disks? How is it the Post Offices problem that their packaging is not adequate enough to protect the disk. Since this has been going on for over two years it would lead one to believe that Netflix does not care. I have disabled my blu-ray option for now, as it is not worth the frustration. I am seriously looking at Blockbuster, as they dont charge extra for Blu-Ray rental. For what its worth I quite Netflix over this last Summer and regretfully joined BlockBuster whose website, selection and shipping times are not as good as Netflix and have not had a single cracked BluRay since. The BlockBuster shipping envelope, which forces the disc to remain in the center of the envelope and in particular, away from edges that postal sorting equipment grabs the envelopes at is simply a superior design. That Netflix is too cheap to redesign their envelope speaks volumes about their commitment to delivering a quality service. Some brilliant MBA there undoubtedly ran a calculation that shows its cheaper for them to simply raise the BluRay tax to pay for the cracked discs and ignore the real problem. Of course that calculation might fall apart when more customers than they thought might leave over it, actually do, so if you have this problem, just leave and go to BlockBuster. Youll at least get discs that work if not the discs you really wanted, as fast as you wanted them. Of course, it might all be pointless, since it is possible that the percentage of Netflix customers who care about BluRay is too small for it ever to matter enough to their bottom line for them to invest in fixing the problem. Oh, and if by some miracle they do fix it, Ill rejoin in a heartbeat since I cant use my RoKu box for Netflix anymore, sigh, but at least theres all the new MediaFly stuff, Twit, Rev3, etc. so its not a total loss.
